MY STORY

For over 20 years I have been investing in real estate across the nation. My group and I have been involved in over $300 Million in real estate deals and currently control a portfolio of multifamily properties primarily in the New York City Metro area. Currently, I am involved in multiple acquisitions and aiming for a portfolio that exceeds $1 Billion.

My entrepreneurial career began at an early age. Straight out of high school I created a business that was highly successful, leading me to put my pursuit of studying law on hold to focus on growing the business.

Throughout the years, I went on to establish many other businesses in diverse industries including gaming, media, health care, construction, apparel, waste hauling, and publishing. I used the profits from these income-generating businesses to invest in real estate. In addition to overseeing various businesses and real estate interests, I now consult for businesses worldwide showing others how to increase their profits and operate more efficiently. Our newest venture is revolutionizing the way real estate investors can scale their portfolios by have a simplified process to access the capital needed to expand.

A successful business career and notable real estate portfolio are all great accomplishments, but my proudest achievements are the marriage to my wife, our children, and our philanthropic work which focuses on various children’s causes.
